ABOUT
The firm is led by our principal architect Richard F. Hein, RA, NYS. Mr. Hein received his Masters Degree in Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Design and Landscape Architecture. His more than 35 years of design experience has led to a design philosophy that unites an aesthetic sensibility with a highly practical and buildable form. His early training in New York’s commercial and medical architecture included participation on numerous projects including Trump Tower, American Express Co. World Trade Center, IBM, and Mt. Sinai Hospital. During his career he has been retained by some of this country’s most influential business leaders for the creation of private, commercial, and residential work, including C-Suite executives from IBM, AMEX, Primerica, Bank of America, and numerous Wall Street and Hedge Fund executives. He is currently developing one of the largest Solar Energy arrays in the northeast. His work has received numerous design awards, the most recent for the addition to the Larchmont Children’s Public Library. Mr. Hein currently serves as Chairman of the Town of Greenwich Architecture Review Committee, and as Chairman of the Town’s GreenScape Committee.

Demetris Demetriou
Senior Architect
ABOUT
Our Senior Architect is Demetris Demetriou, RA. Mr. Demetriou received his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology, and has been with RFHA for over 35 years. Mr. Demetriou has worked on our largest corporate and commercial projects and brings a refined design perspective combined with a mastery of computer assisted drawing. As a registered and licensed architect, Mr. Demetriou brings the sensibilities of a seasoned architect with the flexibility that knowledge of the latest design software brings.

Don Walsh
Principal Planning Consultant
ABOUT
Don Walsh, Principal Planning Consultant, has over thirty-eight years experience in municipal planning with an emphasis on adaptive reuse, site planning, fire code compliance and adverse environmental conditions remediation. Recently approved projects include site plan for Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, Tarrytown NY; and EF School (Education First Group), at grounds of former Marymount College, Tarrytown, New York, with an emphasis on project design/fire code compliance for conversion of Library Building into Dormitory and other reuses.

Bledi Lula
Junior Architect
ABOUT
Bledi Lula is Senior Design Draftsman responsible for all 2D and 3D digital visualization, and Revit platforms for RFHA. Bledi’s high level of expertise in ACAD, Sketch-Up, Lumion, and Revit enables RFHA to deliver the highest level of modeling and 3D visualizations, including interior and exterior ‘fly-throughs’ for our clients.
